Secure the Fragrance
Ensure the perfume bottle is securely packed in its original box and protective sleeve to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and drop the package off at your nearest authorized courier point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
